SANTA CLARA, Calif., -- June 14, 2004 OpSource, Inc., a provider of next-generation outsourced IT infrastructure services, today announced the opening of an operations center in Bangalore, India, to augment existing US-based operations, engineering and support services. The Bangalore team will not replace US resources, but will play a key role in the delivery of outsourced IT services to OpSource customers requiring worldwide support, such as in the recently announced engagement with Agile Software (Nasdaq: AGIL). In a move that differentiates its use of offshore resources, OpSource is keeping its high touch customer operations, such as its Customer Care Center, architectural engineering and operations team, here in the United States.

Service Delivery Platform Optimizes the Use of Offshore Resources

Concurrent with this announcement, industry veteran Vivek Handa has been named Vice President and General Manager of OpSource India. Prior to joining OpSource, Handa was Vice President of Information Technology & Systems at Agile Software.
