Bobby Napiltonia was previously vice president and general manager of worldwide channels and alliances for BEA Systems, Inc. At BEA, Napiltonia directed strategy and business models for the company's worldwide alliance partners including Intel, Computer Sciences Corp., Accenture, Hewlett Packard Co., EMC, Wipro, Tata Consultany Services and Electronic Data Systems. Napiltonia also created new business engagement models with global system integrators, software vendors and launched a formal Reseller Program in the United States.
In March 2005, Napiltonia's was recognized by CMP Media's VARBusiness magazine as one of North America's Top Channel Executives of 2005. Napiltonia was CEO, president and founder of State Software Inc., a start-up company selling a software platform for enabling Web applications. Prior to this, Napiltonia spent 12 years in senior management positions working in a variety of channels at Creative Labs and D&H Distributing.

Erin Traudt is a research analyst for IDC's Software as a Service (SaaS) research program. In this capacity, Ms. Traudt provides coverage of SaaS and software on demand, and assists clients with their market intelligence needs through research, analysis, and consulting.
Prior to her analyst role at IDC, Ms. Traudt spent over four years in the marketing department for IDC's Software; Integration, Development and Application Strategies (IDeAS); and Services Research organizations where she gained broad software and services industry knowledge. In this role, Ms. Traudt executed strategic marketing initiatives for over 40 of IDC's valued research programs and worked closely with analysts to promote and generate demand for the company's portfolio of products.
Before coming to IDC, Ms. Traudt worked at Sybase providing marketing and partner support for the CODE/ISV Partner Program initiative.
Ms. Traudt graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Graphic Design.

Tzuo came to salesforce.com from CrossWorlds Software, where he spearheaded CrossWorlds product, marketing and sales push into the Telecommunications vertical worldwide. Prior to CrossWorlds, Tzuo spent over six years at Oracle Corporation in a variety of sales and professional services roles.
Mr. Tzuo holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a master's in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce.
Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networkig, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution. Under his leadership, MFN customers included BP Amoco, JP Morgan Chase, Sony, Microsoft, and Mercedes-Benz.
