Credit and Refund Policy

OpSource has guaranteed service levels to their Customers. If OpSource fails to perform to the Service Levels outlined in the OpSource Service Level Agreement, Customer may be eligible for credits to future services.

Credits are given per the terms of the OpSource Service Level Agreement or other contracted terms. The Credits will generally apply to the monthly fee of the production, cloud and/or staging environment (whichever is impacted) and location experiencing application downtime, and will not exceed the monthly fee.

Credits must be requested in writing by Customer and are applied to the monthly fees in the month following the event. All Credits and refunds are verified, approved, and issued by the finance department. Refunds are applied if credit is due at the end of a Customer's contract, service signup has been verified as fraud, or there has been an error in billing.


Service credit requests are requested in writing by Customer to for managed hosting product and for the cloud product.
